We have continued to eliminate negative thinking, label read, recognize the importance of breathing, add positive affirmations into our daily lives, eliminate high fructose corn syrup (fructose as well) & dyes from our diet, sit in silence within nature for 30 minutes a day, set goals in our lives, eliminate preservatives from the diet, practice forgiveness and offer an attitude to gratitude. This week, we are going to start drinking at least a 16 ounce glass of water each morning before we put anything into our bodies.
The goal in this is that it will hydrate us first thing, balance our lymph system, flush out the colon, help with weight loss, create glowing skin, increase new blood & muscle production and more. Drinking water throughout the day is also crucial but if you aren’t yet a water drinker, lets start with the most important time of day and go from there. If you already are a water drinker, if you have not yet adopted this into your daily routine, now is the time to start. I drink 99% water throughout the day and have for many years, however until this year I didn’t practice drinking it first thing in the morning before putting anything else in. I could tell a difference after the first week. Some mornings it is easy. Some mornings are still challenging, but I still do it. I know it is the best way to start my day.
Also, make sure you have a pure water source. Tap water is filled with fluoride, chlorine, medications, heavy metals and much more. Be sure that you are getting either distilled water or reverse osmosis. Even a Brita filter doesn’t get many harmful chemicals in water out. Many grocery stores have reverse osmosis systems that you can refill 1, 3 or 5 gallon jugs. If we are doing it to purify our system, it doesn’t make sense to do it with toxic water.
