We have continued to eliminate negative thinking, label read, recognize the importance of breathing, add positive affirmations into our daily lives, eliminate high fructose corn syrup (fructose as well) & dyes from our diet, sit in silence within nature for 30 minutes a day, set goals in our lives, eliminate preservatives from the diet, practice forgiveness, offer an attitude to gratitude and drink a glass of water each morning before we put anything into our bodies. This week, we are going to start practice offering more love to others in our life.
If we look at life as what we can give others and how we may be able to serve them, life itself begins to take on a whole new meaning. We shift from a “me” focused life to a “them” paradigm. There are times when we may be unhappy in life or things may seem like they are not going our way. It is important in those times to reflect and look at the focus in life. Are we more focused on ourselves and our feelings? Are we being objective? Is there a better way, approach or even bigger purpose behind all that is going on?
With love, the focus becomes completely different. We can center ourselves in love while offering it to all we come into contact with throughout the day. It could be a complete stranger you offer a compliment, a spouse that you do a favor for or a child that you spend focused time with. Through this week, offer as much love in various forms to as many people as you can. Ask yourself, how can I serve them or make their day brighter? Then do so. Practice this each day throughout the day until you know that you are easily touching the lives of anyone in your presence. Radiate love and feel that you are love. Pure love that will grow and multiply as the heart swells with offerings to others.
Often when this shift occurs in our life, we will start to see more love and abundance come our way. This is not the reason nor focus behind this shift. It is just something that becomes a universal exchange. The law of give and take if you will. As we give with no expectations, in time our lives will feel more rewarding and purposeful. Often through serving others, we can find our true purpose in life! Practice this and watch your heart & life blessing grow!
